Manufactured through a highly controlled pultrusion process, continuous glass fibres are coated with a protective resin polymer (vinyl ester or epoxy) and cured into rigid, high-strength bars. Our GFRP rebars comply with ACI 440.6, IS 18256:2023, and ASTM D7957 standards.
Available Diameters: 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 20mm, 25mm
Lengths: Straight bars up to 12m | Coils up to 100m (for smaller diameters)
Tensile Strength: 650 MPa to 1000 MPa (Higher than standard steel)
Weight: 1/4th the weight of conventional steel rebars (~1900-2100 Kg/m³)
Properties: Non-magnetic, non-conductive, thermal insulator
